This exciting project was developed in a partnership between Gencon and the ReDevelopment Group to realize the transformation of Ecole Cadieux, a former 1950's primary school, into 48 loft style condominium units.

A third floor and new West wing were added to compliment the original design.  The revitalization of Nault Park next to the building rounded out the effort to create a building that is a great fit for the well established Quartier Vanier community.

 

 

 

Certified LEED Silver

This project achieved a LEED Silver certification on December 2, 2014.  The focus was on building reuse, increased energy efficiency, excellent indoor air quality and responsible green building practices.
